Magura brake pump HC1 radial

The brake pump can be ordered with three different piston diameters, we recommend the 18mm for Superbikes with two brake discs at the front. The smaller the piston diameter, the more force is required to achieve the same braking force, but the braking force can be better dosed thanks to the longer travel.

90° RADIAL DESIGN
The push rod and cylinder are at a 70° angle to the handlebars. This results in lower transmission losses and a more direct braking feel for better control.

ABS COMPATIBILITY
MAGURA HCT is suitable for use with all ABS systems currently on the market. (as of 01.2016)

ADVANCED SEAL TECHNOLOGY
This innovative technology reduces or prevents the ingress of air into the hydraulic system. This can be the case under extreme conditions, such as those encountered in racing.

EXPANSION TANK KIT
The fitting is supplied with an external expansion tank and associated holder. Thanks to its compact dimensions, installation should be possible in almost all cases. The smoked glass used makes it easy to check the fluid level at any time.

BRAKE TYPE
Piston diameter 18 mm with long lever, recommended for 1000cc and 600cc bikes
Piston diameter 15 mm with long lever, recommended for 300 and 400 cc bikes
Piston diameter 12 mm with short lever, recommended for 125cc bikes

Each HC1 is supplied ready to fit with the following packaging contents:
Banjo bolt with sealing rings (M10 x 1)
Decoupled expansion tank
Standard clamp (without mirror bracket)
Brake light or start safety switch
